I am posting new here, because the old post said to do that.
I have trouble with the pictures showing with a box and red X.
I uninstalled my trial version and reinstalled GenPro again.
I downloaded the new "skin" file.
In the past it told me I did not have permission to open the file?
I did not have permission to move it?
I tried changing the GenPro default settings?
I use Windows Home 7.
I bought this program to use it to upload my family files to the Internet WITH photos and documents.
Without that capability, I have wasted some money.
Please help me resolve this problem.
