congratulation for the new version of the forum
However, I can't find the familytree publication list in the "control panel", as it was before.
And one more thing - The Genopro serial number key, is also missing from the new "control panel" which is called now "My profile".
Do I miss it?

For technical reason we will the forum with the less modification as possible because it's harder to maintant (another language of programmation, skinned, multi-language... lost of time) we are moving all GenoPro related profile information to our collaboration web site.

There is a probelm with the new change over to Server. I can't get my Private Messages. Your inbix is also full.
Also, I worked on the weekend and added MANY new names to my file. The names are online after I uploaded, but my file reverted to the date of August 11, 2010.
When I download the file from the backup online, it shows August 11, yet the names I uploaded are on August 15 and 16 and are online in the file??
Help.

In your particular case, I see only a SINGLE backup made today, maybe you are using other account? Or you would like to recover from a publication to familytrees.genopro.com? Remember that those file do contains most of the information they are not exact as the original and not always present (depends on your publication settings).

If the latest version online it shows everything I uploaded and it is all there correctly, why can't I download that file from GenoPro online which is the correct file?

We have integrated the backups within GenoPro in our internal build but for now visit the online control panel. |
