I'm back....
I downloaded the latest genopro, downloaded the latest narrative report, downloaded the latest irfanview and inkscape.... Everything looks good. Great work... However.... I have 166 genomaps, and all of the show properly in a PDF...except the first (and largest). If I look at that particular PDF, it looks empty. However, when doing a search in Acrobat Reader, I can see all persons are in there. I can even zoom in on a person, except I can't see anything. Everything seems to be white, and I can mark everything (then showing light blue rectangles.) All other genomaps are fine, as well as all SVG's Any idea what's happening? The sizes of the failing genomap: |

Please note that Adobe Reader has its limitations with oversized pdf files. You should try Foxit Reader.

Hi Ronald, This is a failing of the Adobe Reader, it just doesn't handle PDFs over a certain width/height. Try the free Foxit PDF Reader instead much smaller and faster. Can be tricky sometimes to integrate into your browser, but if problems uninstall Adobe and Foxit and reinstall Foxit setting option to display in browser in tools preferences.
Edit: Whoops - jumped in a bit too quick and duplicated maru-san's reply.

Thanks Maru-San and Ron, for the quick and correct response. I can continue with the integration of the website in WordPress. |
