Copying a .gno file from an email message

If the message is ".xml" file attached. How can it be downloaded (or whether at all).
I've clicked the right mouse button and chose the name "Save link as ..."
Firefox or IE will download, yes, but only for this forum page again.
It offers for download "l8 + nFrfd.htm.part" which contains this web page??
What have I done wrong?

You have to be logged in for downloading files. I use Firefox and have no problems with this. In Firefox just click the file and the download will start.

You may also use http://www.genopro.com/monica/ which has a menu item Open Inbox and Online Backups...
