Hi, can you help please? I have just uploaded my genopro site for the first time in about a year & although it took a long time to remember how to do it I eventually managed it, however when i click on any of my uploaded images i get the following error message:-
"Unable to download (image title) from familytrees.genopro.com. Unable to open this Internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later".
Can you please advise if i have gone wrong somewhere when uploading?

To generate a report on the GenoPro site you go to Tools/ Generate a Report and in the menu that opens click the Web Publishing button. After setting your log-in details, and web directory if you want one, the report should generate finishing with opening your site in your browser.
If you have got that far but can not find images on the web then it sounds as though the transfer process did not find the images. Were there any error messages? You can make a simple check on http://collaboration.genopro.com/Account.aspx where there is a link to Online Publications which shows the number of pages and photos in a report
