Password not working

I have downloaded the new Genopro 2011

And I have problems backing up on line.I enter my username and password corectly but when I klicjk backup it terlls me the password you entered is incorect would you like us to send you the corect one by Email

I go to my Email and the password is the same then Itry again and the same thing comes up WRONG PASSWORD

What I do wrong can someone help please

Thanks for reporting the bug.  The bug occurred when a long password was converted from ANSI/MBCS to Unicode, and some of the characters were truncated.  I fixed this bug and will post an update today or tomorrow.
