Is it possible to show pictures of living people in Narrative report but hide birthdays and other personal data for individuals?

Not out of the box. You can disable showing individuals which are living (by selecting that option in Genopro), but then you also lose their image.
I also would prefer to see only the deceased individuals with their full details and only show some basic info like name="Somebody", no birth date etc, for living individuals. You can get that done by changing, for example, the narrative report to not display anything crucial about living individuals........but that means making quite some changes to the report. (I chose to only allow family member access to my reports)
