For dates from 1 Jan to 24 Mar between 1582 and 1752 (in English-speaking countries) it should be possible to enter dates in dual dating format (like 14 Mar 1608/09, or even 4 Jan 1599/1600). This was discussed long ago (in 2006), but has never been resolved. I know that it is possible to specify whether a date is Julian or Gregorian by right clicking, but that is nowhere near a proper solution. It can actually makes things worse, as that is a global setting for the whole genogram, not just for the single date entered.
It is now possible to enter a date in dual format, and it is preserved. But it is not recognized as valid, isn't used for age calculations, and doesn't appear in the report generator.
The GENUKI page on dual dating recommends Genealogical software that does not permit the Old Style/New Style notation to be used should be avoided. Sadly, this includes GenoPro.
