I have GenoPro on my old laptop that I purchased a few years back and want to get it to my new one without having to pay for the program again.  Id there anyway to do it?

Thank you!

Go to http://collaboration.genopro.com/Account.aspx
This is the place where you will find your registration data, which is valid for all versions of GenoPro
The latest version now also has a facility to retrieve passwords, so download the latest version and join in. Old files will translate onto GenoPro2011

Will I have to pay for it though?  I don't want to have to pay again.

Not at all.  Your registration key is valid for GenoPro 2011 for as long as you wish.

Just checking to be sure.  I have installed my GenoPro 2011 on my desktop at home.  I'd like to also install GenoPro 2011 on my laptop, as convenient when doing research in the field.  I can use the same registration key (as used on my desktop) also for my installation on my laptop?

Yes, of course.
