After publishing online, I cannot see my publications (online report) on my control panel to make it private. Nor can I delete them, which is also a privacy issue. I am a paid member but for some reason I can't see my report. Does it have anything to do with the fact that I created an account in the support interface before purchasing GenoPro? Or perhaps was it because I changed my user ID from my e-mail address to a shorter name without the domain? I can see my family trees (http://familytrees.genopro.com/rayles01/Chiu/default.htm) but I can't make it private! Thanks in advance for the help.

This has been a long running issue caused by the re-design of the forum, which does not have the link you need. Go to http://collaboration.genopro.com/Account.aspx and scroll down to Online publications, where you can make your report private or password protected

There is a link from the forum, click 'My Profile' and then click the GenoPro Button, This takes you to the same place as link in appleshaw's reply, so then scroll down to Online Publications.

Thanks all. Going to the Collaboration link worked fine. Going to My Profile and clicking the GenoPro button sometimes works and sometimes doesn't (I get a blank screen). I had tried that before and for some reason I got the blank screen. I'll keep both methods in mind.

I am on a new computer; old one destroyed by a virus. I am trying to find my tree , which I had backed up online everytime I entered new info, but can't find. How do I find the online back up so that I may download the info on this computer??

In GenoPro, under the File menu, choose Open Inbox and Online Backups. If you don't see your backups, I am not sure what else you can do.

Unless you have uploaded your document as 'Private', Google will index your document. However, it sometimes takes a while before Google crawls our site, so please be patient.
