I want to cancel my membership.  I just can't get it to work right, takes to much time.  Please confirm with an e-mail that you have canceled and credit me for my membership.

Donna, reading your post has really aroused my curiosity.

According to your profile, you joined GenoPro 3.3 years ago. In all that time, you couldn't "get it to work right"? I am curious as to what you found difficult about it and why it didn't work for you.

I was in the process of showing the website to a friend who is thinking of purchasing and your post made him hesitate a bit.

You have purchase GenoPro in mid 2007, we cannot issue a refund 5+ years after...

GenoPro is available as a free trial so you can test before your purchase GenoPro.

Please note: we do not charge anything per year/month, there is no "membership" fee. You pay it once, you use it forever! In fact we don't even keep any credit card information at all...
