When we mention an approximative date with the characters ~, < or > the software recognise correctly the ~ character as ABT but write it in the gedcom ~ABT instead of ABT. The some remarks are to be mentionned for < (<BFR instead of BFR) and > (>AFR instead of AFR)

I have just tested The ~ an < date options using vers 2.5.4.1. File Export to gedcom via Report Writer gives 2 DATE BEF 1840 or 2 DATE ABT 1840
