Adoptions Together, Inc. is a non profit agency but not an academic institution.  We are currently working with children and adolescents in foster care, kinship care, and guardianship care, as well as with adoptive families.  We have several therapists and social workers who are requesting genogram software.   Would your academic site licence apply to our organization?  If not, do you have any other non-profit pricing options?

Feel free to purchase the academic site license for your organization.   You will receive a full site license... at a discount.

Hi,

We want to purchase an Academic license for our non-profit organization. but there are some questions:

which document do we have to provide for non-profit or academic site license ?

which process needed to integrate our logo/website in the program?

Thanks,

James

Hello James,
We never asked for any document to qualify a non-profit organization.  We simply visit the website of the organization which is often self describing.  Anything with the word "adoption", "foster care", "volunteer" or "donation" is ample for us.

Purchasing your site license is easy.  You go https://www.genopro.com/buy/ and select Academic Site License.  We will manually complete your site license using the logo from your website and sent you an email with a download link for your custom version of GenoPro.  In 99% of the cases, people are happy with the logo from their website, however you may reply by email with a different logo.  You are welcome to update the logo for your site license at anytime.

Thank you for you generosity around nonprofit licensing.  I work for a nonprofit that provides foster care and social work and see from your previous responses that we would qualify for your academic pricing.  I just want to make sure that I am understanding your pricing and software correctly
1. Is the Unlimited Site Licenses (Academic) a one-off price or an annual price?  Are there additional charges for updates?  Also can you please tell me:
2. Does GenoPro work in a hosted desktop environment?
3. Does each user get their own login/account?
4. What is the difference between GenoPro and GenoProX?

Thank you for your help

1. All licenses of GenoPro 2020 are perpetual, that is a one-time payment.
2. I think GenoPro works in a hosted desktop environment. We have users using Remote Desktop and Citrix without issues. The best way to find out is to download and install GenoPro from your home page and try to run GenoPro in a hosted desktop environment.
3. There are no login. With a site license there is no registration dialog at all. When you purchase a site license you get a download link unique to your organization. This link will download an installer with the registration key of your organization. As a result, the installation is two mouse clicks!
4. GenoProX is our next product... still under development.Whatever amount you spend on GenoPro 2020 will be credited towards GenoProX.  Of course, you will always be able to use GenoPro 2020, even when GenoProX is available, however we hope people will find superior value in GenoProX and will use it instead of GenoPro 2020.

Hi I have now purchased the site license, but have not received a download link that is unique to my organisation as your previous reply described.  Where do I obtain that from?
By rachelmackay - Tuesday, August 31, 2021
Hi I have now received the download link so that's great, but I have a few questions about the license keys in that email which I do not want to post publicly here.  Is there a way to email you directly?
By GenoProSupport - Wednesday, September 1, 2021
It is better to contact us by email. Just to clarify, with a site license, there is no license key. The download link you have receive will generate an installer on-the-fly to inject your license key. In other words, when you click on your download link, the server GenoPro.com creates a unique installer for your site license with your license key in it. As a result, installing from a site license is very quick because there is no registration dialog. With only two mouse clicks, GenoPro is installed.

Hi could you  provide me with an email address please, your contact link when to an information page in your help file, the license email I got was noreply and I can't find any other email addresses on your site.

Just reply to the email message of your site license.
