I requested a free registration key (14 days), I received it in my email and then when I go to copy and paste it says that the key is invalid. I have had Genopro saved on my computer for at least 6 months and this is the first time it has asked for a registration key. I am unable to save information. Please help--I have a major project due.

Your key is still valid for 11 days from today. Is your computer at the correct Day ? We are July 31st 2012!
