I would like to cancel my account and have all of my information deleted from your server. Will you please tell me how to do that? I was unable to find an email address to contact you directly. Please email me at annedanner@comcast.net.

You can delete all publications from the GenoPro server by following the route My Profile/GenoPro tab.
Here you can view/delete publications and any files sent to the server.
You can also use the GenoProFtpClient.exe to examine files on the server.
You do not need to cancel the account. It has no annual fee and can remain unused.

Hello Anne,
According to our records, you have no publications at http://familytrees.genopro.com.  You have one backup on our server.  To delete your backup, go to the File menu, the menu item Open Inbox and Online Backups, click on the backup you wish to delete, and click on the Delete button.

I want to unsubscribe and also that trees are deleted but can not find how to do it, since I have not in My profile section tab.

I have a similar question.
I have two accounts now. First was created many years ago and this I'd like to keep. The second was created when I asked for temporary licence key. The problem is that I want to change the email in first account for the email connected to the 2nd account. And when I try to change the email, I get the message that this email already exists in another account.
What can I do?
1. Remove the 2nd account completely and than change the email.
or
2. Ask admin to do something else.

Your profile has nothing in it.  All is in your profile is your initials and email address.
