I need help with two things from GenoPro Support....

1.  As I remember, I purchased a permanent registration -- last year, I believe -- but I can't find my records.  Can you give me the details for my purchase date?  Also, is this a lifetime purchase?

2.  I will be teaching a Marriage/Family class at Victory University in Memphis, TN beginning in August, 2013.  I want my students to have access to GenoPro for an genogram assignment.  Could you remind me what I need to do to set this up for them?  I have to complete a syllabus in the next week and wanted to include the details of what they needed to do to access GenoPro.

I will check the forum for replies, but I would also appreciate an email (if possible) to wbellican@...

Thanks so much....Dr. William Bellican

If you lost your registration key, we are sending dozen of lost key every day by email. Request it from the GenoPro software itself. If you registered while ago using an email you no longer have access... no worry with detail you can provide us we very often find the key and send it back.

As a professor you can apply to our academic license. Just check out this page for more information:

Good News!  I just found my registration key/password from the time I bought a GenoPro registration key.

May I ask one more question?  To set up the academic registration key for my students,  would I still go to the login page and request an academic key?  Or, would I use my bought/permanent registration key for the students?

Thanks for the help!

I decided to go ahead (as you indicated) and apply for an academic registration key which I just did.  I submitted my course syllabus and am awaiting confirmation.  Thanks for your help and for this resource.

I am still waiting for the Academic License/Registration Key that I can give my students.  Could someone advise as soon as possible about what that is?  I submitted my syllabus and information at http://www.genopro.com/academic/ on July 9.  I have not heard anything yet.  Please respond to wbellican@victory.edu  Thanks....

The academic submission / approval is usually very quick (less than 1 day). So some reason I don't see any submission from you. Did you made your submission with your .edu email? The best file is .doc/.docx or .pdf. Html and plain text file are also accepted.

Thanks, I will try again.  I will use my .edu email and send the syllabus in the format you specified.

OK....I just submitted my academic request again using my .edu email address.  Also, I submitted a syllabus for a marriage/family course in the .doc format.  I do look forward to receiving confirmation that all is set up and ready to go as my class will be starting very soon.  Thanks for this super resource.

Your academics syllabus was approved on October 18, 2001.  Your referrer ID wbellican is valid for your lifetime, giving a free 180-day evaluation key for every new student.

I printed a genogram however, the whole genogram is so small that it is v v v difficult to read without a magnifying glass. How can i remedy this?

Use File / Page Layout which allows you to scale your GenoMap to fit the page(s) and View / Page Layout  to see how it will look.

My students use the genopro program for an assignment.  Do I need to register each year for it to be available to them for free?
