Yes a bit odd this one. We are left with a partner-less family that is quite valid in GenoPro terms and gets passed to the report generator.
I'll put an explicit check for on Family.Parents.Count to catch this situation and suppress the event. Working on a bundle of changes at the moment but almost done and I'll add this to it.
