In my tree, I have the case of a child with a single parent where the single parent is the father. Mother unknown. I entered this case in the usual way for single mothers, but instead erased the unknown mother. Union entered as unknown. The result in the genogram looks fine (please see attachment)
The Narrative Report generator transcribes this scenario as follows:
Jean Joseph Marius' fourth family
Jean Joseph Marius were married in a ceremony. He had a son named Léon.
I changed the report generation akward result by writing directly into the corresponding HTML report file:
Jean Joseph Marius had a natural son called Léon
Is there a way to come to a similar result automatically, using other parameters in the genogram or changing an area in the skin?
Thank you for your help. Kind regards

There is an error in the grammar that I should correct but I suggest leaving the Family Properties 'Relation' blank (top of drop down list) and remove any Union entry. This will result in just details of children and no marriage ceremony.

Hi Genome,
Leaving the Family Properties 'Relation' blank (top of drop down list) and remove any Union entry as you suggested produces a much better result. The generated sentence makes sense. It solves my problem.
Thank you for your prompt reply. Kind regards
