Hello
Any idea why I get this error: "OpenOffice and/or MS Word control could not be initialised (5981: Unknown runtime error)"

Hello
This seemed to be a temporary disturbance in my system  .
1. I checked"Tools / Generate Report / Options / Do not display the dialog to customize the report parameters" check box and the report was generated as expected.
2. Then I removed "Do not display the dialog to customize the report parameters" check box and generated again and the report was generated as expected.

For the benefit of others who may land here, I only time I have seen this error is when MS Word is wanting to prompt the user for some reason. So opening MS Word independently of Genopro and dealing with the prompt fixes the issue too.
