A client has bought 25 licenses. It seems that every user on the terminal server has to bring in the license. Isn't it possible to bring in the licence-key one time only for all users?

Your client is welcome to re-use the same registration key to install the software.  By the way, if your client is a non-profit organization, I can make a custom build with the registration key (license), therefore not requiring the user to enter any license while installing GenoPro.  This will save time for your users while installing GenoPro.

Indeed, my client is a non-profit organization (Pleegzorg Oost-vlaanderen - http://www.pleegzorgoostvlaanderen.be/)

As I already mentioned, the program is installed on a Terminal Server once, and after that all users should be able to use it, without having to enter a key.

So could you make us a custom build?

Many thanks in advance...

Our client is a non-profit organisation as well and plans to buy GenoPro very soon.

Software will be installed on Terminal Server to be used by +/- 30 users.

What license(s) should be purchased and can they get this custom build as well? Special prices for non-profit?

Hello,

I work for a non-profit organization called www.bluehillscentre.ca, and we are interested in the GenoPro Software and I was wondering if it would work on a server 2003 or 2008

and if so what the cost would be to purchase 6 licenses from you for my Agency?

My client Kanaweyimik Child and Family Services currently has 1 licensed copy of GenoPro.  We wish to to install on a terminal server to facilitate use by all staff.  I have noted on you support forum you can create a cutom bulid for Not for Profit Agencies so users do not need to enter the registration key to activate.

How do we proceed with the above.  Thank you on advance for your response

Non-profit organizations are welcome to purchase our unlimited academic site license ($395 USD) at https://www.genopro.com/buy/

With this site license, everyone in your organization, including employees and clients, is welcome to install GenoPro on their computer(s) for work and/or personal projects such as genealogy.

I noticed you already purchased 5 licenses.  I sent you a bonus license by email.

I, years ago had Genopro installed (which version, I can't recall) and transferred it ok to my next computer. This time, when I have changed the passwords and activation codes do not seem to work. I may even have a different e-mail address now, I may even have entered the codes wrongly, help, George Gibson.

Another thought which may help,

Your forum post shows that you are now using GenoPro version 3.0.1.0;    when you had it installed a few years ago it would have been a version of GenoPro v. 2.x.x.x (the last version was 2.5.4.1)

You might have success in using your old registration details by downloading and installing  GenoPro V. 2.5.4.1. (the last version to accept V. 2.x registration key)  from http://www.genopro.com/archives/
