Hi,

On 16th July 2013, I bought a 1-user licence for GenoPro for 39EUR/£34.64 GBP.  I had no issues registering my product, and it worked fine.  However, recently my laptop which had GenoPro installed refreshed itself during a Windows 8.1 update (thanks a lot Windows) and I lost *all* the programs I had installed, including GenoPro.  I've had to re-install GenoPro and re-submit my registration key - and here's the problem.  I have quite a few emails and I can't remember which one I used to purchase the key - I *believe* it may be aeb.bell@yahoo.co.uk, but when I requested a new registration key to be sent to that address, I received an old expired evaluation key, not the registration key (my other addresses haven't been very helpful either). 

I'm not sure what to do to get my registration key back.  I've tried going through the Account Recovery Wizard with no luck.  Unfortunately I haven't used the online account so I can't show anything there, but I do still have the original transaction listed in my Online Banking History and I still have the bank details I used for the purchase, if that can be of any help  [I can do a print screen image of the transaction if necessary]. 

Sorry if this seems a bit confusing!  Any help will be appreciated.

Hello Alice,
I have found your account.  When you purchased GenoPro, the email you entered was abell639@yahoo.couk (without the dot between co and uk).  I have merged the 3 emails and you should get your registration key by email.

I have a similar issue, i had bought two user license back in sometime in between Nov-2004 ; Mar-2005 when there was a promotion (I believe it was $49). I have lost the registration key and my email id does not exist as well.

Since then i have changed my emails. It could possibly be gouthamn@in.nds.com or gouthamn@nds.com.  Can you please let me know how do i get back the registration key please.

Since you have logged in as a Customer the system knows you. Try http://collaboration.genopro.com/Account.aspx where you might find your key if you scroll down and click the Manage button of the Key
