Wrong Number of Licences received

Not sure why but when attempting to buy a one user licence and key following my evaluation of the program I was issued Twenty Five and charged 404 euro

The system did not ask me to confirm the purchase or ask me for my VISA verification before  completing the transaction which is very unusual.

As I want to use the program but with only one key could you please help by either

1. cancelling the Twenty five KEYs which have not been activated and refunding the 404 Euro, or

2. cancelling Twenty four of the Keys with a pro-rata credit.

If you can cancel the Twenty five Keys I could then make a new purchase for the one Key I require.

Hope you can help with this as I have not activated any of the keys. I await your response.

I refunded you €367 EUR, which means you have paid €37 EUR for GenoPro.  Feel free to keep the other 25 keys...

Please note that my credit card account shows that you have billed me twice for the purchase of a permanent registration key.

The double transaction went through yesterday 8 Sept 2014, 10.02 and 10.03 South African time.

Please cancel the first transaction and refund me as soon as possible.
