can't access my program

I purchased a copy of GenPro in 2008. I used it almost daily for 4 years. I had not tried to access it for over a year and now when I try to start it I et a window that says
"GenPro registration
This version of GenPro requires registration. Get a FREE 14 day evaluation ..."
What happened?

If you purchased a copy you do not have to buy again. However as you do not appear as Customer on this forum you are probably using a different email address at log-in.
Try going to http://collaboration.genopro.com/Account.aspx where your registration key is stored, although you may need to find your original log in details

As appleshaw explained it, you just need your registration to get it back up. You can request it by email, if you no longer have access to that email we will merge your account. In the software there is a wizard at the beginning that help you recover your keys.

Could not access use of membership from old membership, but when downloading new version of genopro, had to repurchase with new key. was then informed that old key was still valid - but still have no menu access with either ? I can use the tree only as Trial sample,and still receive the "continue" information, and have now paid TWICE with same problem still existing

As you are logged in as a Customer you have a valid key.
Go to http://collaboration.genopro.com/Account.aspx
Scroll down to Registration Key and click Manage. Copy the key from there to the program registration.
