Hello,
I placed an order to buy one copy of the software, and a message appeared stating that once the payment would be processed I would receive the key however I have still not been contacted after a few days. Could you let me know if this is being processed? Thanks, Kind regards, Thomas Petit.

Hello Thomas, According to our records, not purchase has been attempted. This means the request to purchase GenoPro never reached our server GenoPro.com. What error did you received when you tried to purchase GenoPro?

I didn't get an error, rather the page came back to the buying homepage with a message at the top saying "once your payment is processed we will contact you" or something like that. OK then I'll order again then, however I had a 10% discount code which will now be out of date would I be able to gain an extension/new code prior to my order? Thanks!
