I have had a registration key for a few years, now I have a new computer it no longer seems valid

Hello,
I think the post #33582 by Appleshaw on 6th May 2014 may help. I have quoted extract from Appleshaw's post: Since you have logged in as a Customer the system knows you. Try http://collaboration.genopro.com/Account.aspx where you might find your key if you scroll down and click the Manage button of the Key
( I think you may need to be logged into the Genopro Forum when you try this) Hope this helps.

You probably have a temporary key which expired. If you have purchased GenoPro, then your key will work permanently. If you have lost your key, feel free to use our Account Recovery Wizard to enter your old email address and new one.

Thanks for your replies.
I looked in 'Manage' and found I have had 3 keys from 2009 which have all expired, which puzzles me as I was working on my family tree over a 3 year period If I must purchase a new key any idea how much it is in Australian dollars
