Sorry that I posted this query on "Installing GenoPro - Registration key", which I now realize is not the correct place.
I've also emailed, no response yet. ===================== QUOTE ===================== I have been a happy user of GenoPro for quite some time.
I am now collaborating with my cousin, and I wish to give her a license, so I don't have to key in all her work, since we work on the same project.
Can I just pay the difference between a one user and a two user license, or do I need to purchase a full license up front? |

I have the exact same situation/question. Can I upgrade the number of users on my registration key? My brother would like to start working with my large family tree chart.
Thanks,
Steven Elliott

Interested in the answer to this question. There are six cousins on my side that I would like to work with and not rekey in information. & I'm unclear about how many cousins on my husband's side of the family would be interested in sharing the family history.
I'm going through past posts now looking for an answer to this question.

TWO LAPTOPS, ONE KEY Hi - Can I get an answer to this same question? I have a license, and have been using Genopro for ages. Going to be traveling soon (family searching stuff) and I wish to put the software on my small travel laptop. Can I do this ie two computers with one license, otherwise what will it cost me to get another keyCheers, Tricia

Tricia, the GenoPro End User License Agreement (EULA) explicitly permits for a second copy on a laptop provided the two are not used concurrently:
1. SOFTWARE LICENSE(a) License Grant. Upon your acceptance of this Software License Agreement GenoPro grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable (except as provided below), limited license to install and use a copy of the Software on your compatible computer, up to the Permitted Number of computers. The Permitted Number of computers shall be delineated at such time as you elect to purchase the Software. During the evaluation period, hereinafter defined, only you may install and use the software on one desktop computer and an additional copy of the Software on a second portable notebook computer, but only for the exclusive use of the primary user of the first copy of the Software, and not for concurrent use.
