The HTML version of the Narrative Report (skin version 2014.04.10) creates a Name Index slider which looks like:
Would it be possible to arrange it to look as it did in earlier skin versions (just the slider; I know how to change the open and closed eye):

I found the answer: the second slider disappears if you zoom out enough. Kind regards
