Invalid Resignation Key

"The registration key XXX-XXX-XXX-XXX is not valid"

I downloaded to program to my computer and entered a key my teacher gave me for GenoPro, it did not work.  The messages says it is "not valid."  Then I obtained a temporary key directly from you, GenoPro, and that does not work either, again the same message "knot valid."  I have an Accer laptop that is about 4 or 5 years old.  The program downloaded and installed just fine.  I've been using it all day and it works great.  I just cannot get the registration key to work.  Now I'm scared I'm going to loose all my work from today.  What am I doing wrong that will not recognize my registration key?  This is such a simple copy/paste maneuver, I don't understand what is going wrong.  Please help!

Most of there are indeed copy paste... people for some reason do not take the end of the key (ending with a number if you purchase it or ending with tmp if it's a free temporary key.

Here is today free key. It's working... I've test it.

A9B-Z4E-AYL-YMH-TMP

Make sure you copy the whole 19 characters. 

If that key is working; double check your original key, it should work too.
