Ok the problem of decimal point is STILL not resolved  The SVG specification requires that the decimal point is a full stop . not a comma ,
So far my attempts to deal with the way VBScript insists on following the regional settings have failed, my last attempt has resulted in this error. I will try again...
In the meantime I believe a circumvention is to close GenoPro then change your Windows regional settings to use full stop for decimal point and then re-open GenoPro and run the report.
