How do I insert my genogram  into my word document as an image? The message I get is that the picture can not be opened. Nor can I read my generated report.  Can I get some direction on these matters

For details on inserting your genogram into a word document see: this topic. Your generated report should display in any web browser - were there any errors when it was generated?

How do I import a genogram into another access that I have been given by my instructor? I signed up for the free 15 day registration key and have 5 days left. I do not think I will be able to complete it in time. My instructor got a code for 180 days. I would like to know if I am able to import the genogram that I have been working on into a blank one using my instructors registration.

You can have two copies of GenoPro running in separate windows, if you want to. Import/open the other file and for safety sake save with a different name. In that way nothing is changed in either original

Also you can simply open the .gno file you produced using the free 15 day registration key with  GenoPro when registered with your instructor's academic code.
