I recently came across this website http://www.nikse.dk/XmlContentTranslator where the author has kindly published a tool XMLContentTranslator.exe to translate the text content of XML files. If you are contemplating translation of these files then this utility could be very useful. It shows a side by side view of text content of the tags in the files as well as a tree view of the tags to assist navigation.

I have tested it a appears to work well and has a Google Translate feature (right click on line) as well as input of a manual translation (via the lower text box). It is however very particular on correct syntax of the XML. I tried it on Code/local/ConfigMsgFR.xml and discovered it would not load until I corrected some syntax errors that I was previously unaware of.

Simply use it to open Dictionary.xml or Code\local\ConfigMsgEN.xml and once loaded you are prompted to load your current translation of it or you can create a new translation.

Make sure you chose the correct 'To' language in the drop down box at the top.

N.B. Google Translate option should only be used for plain text values. It does not work well with parameterised phrases i.e. containing {n} and { } | etc. The automatic translate adds extra spaces and removes some brackets making the phrase syntactically incorrect.
