I insert some pictures into Genpro diagram, saved and close the file.
Open again an see instead some of photos -- red crosses.
I refresh all photos -double click, search, insert (the sistem knows about photos, but don't want to show them)
Save file, close genpro and open file again - the same thing.

What to do?

Are you saving your .gno to the same folder each time?  If not are you setting the 'Preserve Full Path' option on each picture?
By 40345 - Friday, April 17, 2015
Yes I save .gno file  in the same directory, but don't use "full path option"

Ok, GenoPro should therefore be able to find your photos on the relative path is has stored and should not need the full path.  I cannot see what is going wrong here. Maybe try 'preserve full path' as a work-around but it should not be necessary.  I presume the photos are on a local drive.

sure they are on local drive. the problem is that some photos are shown and some become invisible. more over i refresh all photos save file, close genpro and open again, ANOTHER photos dissapiared!  I think about mistake in program code. my be directore tree is too complicated?
 it is "photos\desk-top\levin\berta levina line\<photo>.jpg"

I would be surprised if it is a program bug as I can find no other reports of similar problems on this forum.  Because of this I ask what may appear to be a dumb question: Are you aware that GenoPro does not actually store the photo, but only the link to them? , so if after linking to them you move or remove the photo then GenoPro cannot find them, and if you move your .gno, GenoPro may not find pictures linked by a relative path, only thise linked with 'preserve full path' set.

Also you can ask GenoPro to check picture paths as follows:

Open Table Layout, Pictures.  Then right click on the table and choose 'Relink Picture Properties' (2nd in list).  If GenoPro cannot find a picture it will put 'file not found' in the File Size, Dimensions, Megapixels and DPI columns.  Do this after relinking your photos before saving and then again when you reopen Genopro. Do you see any difference? You can sort the table on 'File Size' to group all the missing ones together.  Do they have anything in common?

Sure, i' aware That Genpro store only links to photos -it evident if you see at the file size. Photos itselfes store in directories.
I DON't move nor photos, nor .gno files.
I also use  'Relink Picture Properties' but from 'Tools' menu - ivain

But I use your advise open Picture table select photos from directory 'DESK-TOP' and saw properties of the file that should be shown on Genpro diagram.
By the way- in the column 'LINK' ther is Link - I'm write!
But in the columns 'File size' ... 'DPI'  -- "out of memory" !!!!

That the problem! Those file I placed not more that 600 kbt.

Too many files and program can't prosess them! I inserted 124 files and it shows onlye half of them.
That's why I talk about program bug. May be I'm the first to insert so many photos in genpro diagram.

Ok, I said it was a dumb question, so apologies, but actually some users have been confused about in the past.

I did a search on the forum and came up with this thread http://support.genopro.com/Topic29904.aspx In that thread Dan has posted a link to an amended version of GenoPro to overcome memory problems when saving GenoPro.  Not the same as your problem but worth a try.

If that doesn't work then maybe email the memory map mentioned in the thread to GenoPro Support.

And one more question - I can't send e-mail to anybody. How to send mail to Genpro support?

Have you looked in the Options menu under Tools? The note below Memory Monitor says in some circumstances 'pictures are flushed out'. My default setting is 300 but I have a 64bit PC with a good level of memory.
Looking in http://familytrees.genopro.com/Directory.aspx?sort=NbPhotos the largest number of photos here is nearly 3000
