Hi, The email you receive when you purchase GenoPro a valid invoice. It contains the date, product, invoice number and amount. I've trigger the system to send it back to you case you forgot it or didn't receive it in the first place. Jc

In my country (Spain), a valid invoice must contain the seller company data.
Name, address, vat number (If exist) Thanks and sorry.

I purchased a full copy of GenoPro on or about 19 February 2014. After a HDD failure, I have lost my FULL VERSION registration key. My NEW, valid e-mail is: rosti@comcast.net. Can you please resend my invoice with the FULL VERSION registration key attached? Thank you.

If you go to http://collaboration.genopro.com/Account.aspx you will see your registration key. This may be linked to an earlier email address but as you appear as a Customer on the forum this should work.
