I purchased a license for an employee in our office. The registration key is tied to my email account. Will that cause a problem for her in downloading the software?

Absolutely no problem. Just forward the email to her. The other option is you send me an email message with her email address and I will transfer/create her GenoPro account so she may recover her registration key in the future.
