I purchased a GenoPro 2011 key in June 2015. When I went to install it this month (Sept 2015), it asked me to purchase an upgrade to my key, which I did. However, I received an email today with a free 2015 key;
"You are receiving this email because you purchased GenoPro in 2015 and therefore entitled to a free upgrade of GenoPro 2016.
Feel free to download the latest version of GenoPro at and use the following registration key:"
May I please have a refund on the upgrade I purchased?

I refunded your upgrade of GenoPro 2016, as your purchase of GenoPro in 2015 gives you a free upgrade of GenoPro 2016.
