Hello,

When will GenoProX go from a beta version to a non-beta version?

Thanks,
Mark Smith

We are aiming to have an alpha/beta version by the end of this year.

Any news on the GenoPro X Beta Release ?

I'm really looking forward to a more customizable picture mode, which could show also the year of birth and with more control on the size of the pictures.

Sorry we are a bit behind schedule for releasing a Beta of GenoProX.  We decided to integrate audio communication for support in it and it delayed the rest.  One of our developer is adding screen sharing.

Guys - this all sounds very exciting. But it would be SO helpful to get regular updates on GenoProX.

I agree.  The issue with current version GenoProX is all the data is likely to be lost with the next code refactoring.  The last thing I want is people to use GenoProX and be angry at us after updating because their data was lost.  The main configuration file is still using an XML file and we want to use a JSON file, and we have to upgrade (refactor) some data structures to split profiles from accounts, as well as abstracting the network transport.  The code of GenoProX is working however is not yet ready for public use.

I don't mean to use GenoProX - I'm currently using Genoanalytics software, which will suffice for the time being.

But simply regular updates to reassure the backers (I'm one) that things are moving along. A bit of roadmap, and an estimate ETA of when things will be ready for primetime.

What you purchased is the upgrade of GenoPro 2016 for $15.  As a bonus, we give you several perks of GenoProX as you described in your post.  When GenoProX will be available, you will have a credit of $15 which you may use for any option/package you wish.  For instance, there is a package at $25 where you may purchase a permanent registration key of GenoProX Family.  This means that for $10 extra, you can upgrade your $15 package to the permanent registration key of GenoProX family.  If you do nothing, you will get the package you purchased.
