I purchased GenoPro - for Windows - a few years ago. I'm currently on a mac.
I've tried to follow all of your different payment options, but can't figure out which one applies to my situation. To recap, I own a license, but haven't used your software in 3-4 years. Which payment model/upgrade do I need to choose to start using GenoProX on a mac? Very excited about this news. Avrum

First, GenoProX is under development. We will have a demo by the end of this year.
Second, you are welcome to continue using GenoPro 2011 at no cost, as the registration key you purchase is valid forever for GenoPro 2011. If you purchase our supporter package at $15, you get an upgrade of GenoPro 2016 plus extra collaboration tokens of GenoProX. If you spend an extra $10, you will get a permanent registration key of GenoProX in addition of more collaboration tokens. In my opinion, the package SPONSOR GenoProX Family at $25 offers great value and helps up to fund the development of GenoProX.

Very odd - I'm trying to give you my money, but you don't want it |

Odd indeed. Can you try from the Registration Wizard? When you start GenoPro, select the option to upgrade to GenoPro 2016. About 90% of our sales come from the Registration Wizard.

I'm on a mac, and have no intention of installing parallels, windows, etc...
If you like, I can take a screengrab and show you the problem. Would that help? ***** UPDATE: Seems only the BitCoin button is working. Credit card and PayPal aren't working. I've tried Chrome and Safari... same result/error.

A screenshot is always welcome, however I am surprised GenoPro 2016 would run on your Mac without special software. This is the reason why we are building GenoProX.

I'm not running GenoPro on my mac. I was responding to the suggestion of supporting GenoProX via GenoPro. But because I'm on a mac, and have intention of installing parallels, windows, etc., I need to be able to support this product via your webpage.
Am I the only one unable to do so?

Thanks for the video, I understand now. We disabled Mac purchases because we had too many users purchasing GenoPro from their Mac, thinking if they would purchase GenoPro, then GenoPro would suddenly work on their Mac.

Purchased!
Really looking forward to seeing what you folks come up with. I know quite a few mac users who are going to super thrilled about this.
