Problems with Copy/Paste onto MS Paint

Hi,

I've had a problem with GenoPro 2011 since I've gotten my new laptop which uses Windows 10.

Previously, in order to make my family trees into .png and .jpg images, I selected the whole tree using Ctrl-A, and copied/pasted it onto MS Paint and saved the image from there - this is described here.

Unfortunately, since upgrading my laptop, the tree is distorted and is missing the names of people and some symbols after I copy-paste the image onto Paint.

This is a screen-shot of part of the tree open in GenoPro.

This is a screen-shot of the result when I try to copy-paste the same tree onto MS Paint.

The only relationships I use are the generic marriages, and also engagements (which I use to represent a union which creates illegitimate children, as it has a dashed line.)
Each symbol has a custom colour, and I use Trebuchet font. Sometimes I the "pet" diamond symbol to represent groups of people.
There are also two custom Tags.

The above points aren't that relevant though, as I've reproduced the bug on a new blank sheet with a single 6-person family.

If there's any possibility of some help, it'd be great. Thanks!

Strange, on my machine it is working fine.  Can you try pasting into MS Word or PowerPoint?

Usually I use Irfanview and works well, even with fairly large trees.
With Paint, in fact, not all objects are pasted. (With W10).

If I copy-paste to Word or PowerPoint first, then copy-paste that to Paint, it works perfectly.
It's an odd solution, but it works! Thank you.
