After I generate report and publish to web, I receive message "Page not found or moved" ..the page no longer exists because the author may have renamed or deleted his/her publication
Any thoughts on what causes this?

If the report was in fact published successfully then the message means you are trying to access the report using a URL that does not refrence the correct location.
Can you provide details of where the report was published and the URL you are using to access it?

I think I have published it to http://familytrees.genopro.com/turnbull151@optusnet.com.au/Turnbull

Your main report seems to be at http://familytrees.genopro.com/turnbull and although some of the pages have been updated recently they do not display correctly i looks as though the home page was generated way back in 2007 with a now obsolete Narrative Report skin.
Is it possible that you have checked the 'Resume Report' box on the options tab of the 'Generate Report' dialogue? Please ensure you use the Narrative Report from the latest GenoPro 2016 version and ensure the 'Resume Report' is unchecked.

Resume report was unchecked. How/where do I ensure that I use the latest Narrative Report? I have Skins stored at C:\Users\347584\Documents\GenoPro Reports\Skins\

The latest report skins will be installed when you install GenoPro 2016 and should get placed in your skins folder. You should have an entry in the drop down list for
\{EN} Narrative Report\* (2015.10.12) {EN}
This is the latest version. When you publish to familytrees, you can leave the Web Directory blank and the new report should be available as before at http://familytrees.genopro.com/turnbull

I did as you advised and generated a new report. When I try to look at Tree Diagram, I receive the following
This page contains the following errors error on line 1 at column 1: Encoding error How do I fix this?

The home page of your report at http://familytrees.genopro.com/turnbull has not changed and so it appears that the report has not actually been updated.. Perhaps you could post a copy of the Report Log here, making sure no password is visible. This may provide some clue as to where it is going wrong.

The updated report is: http://familytrees.genopro.com/turnbull/turnbull/default.htm "by GenoPro® version 3.0.0.6 on 2015.12.23 using skin template 2015.10.12 version 2015.10.12 from folder {EN} Narrative Report"

Thank you for that.
But is it possible for me to update the report? (I assume that you have generated the one referenced?). Could you see from the error log why it wouldn't generate for me? Merry Xmas

There are a number of issues that can be seen from the Report Log you provided.
Firstly your .gno file used to generate the report is in an odd location to i.e. C:\Users\347584\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache\IE\XX2B7VOS\FamilyTree.gno. I presume this is because you clicked on the link in the original 2007 report from your Internet Explorer browser and this load GenoPro within the browser. It is not safe to amend the .gno in this location as it is the browser cache and will get deleted if you clear your browser cache. If you do not have the original .gno file that was used to generate the 2007 report you should first save FamilyTree.gno from the 2007 Report somewhere locally such as My Documents. Note that the .gno file in the report may have had data removed, such as dates of birth of living individuals, via the Privacy Tab of the Generate Report dialog. Once you have saved the file in a more suitable location, ensure that it is backed up. Open the saved file with GenoPro as use File/Online Backup feature to save a copy on GenoPro's server. Then you can commence amending the data. Make regular backups with different names (e.g. add date as a suffix).
Secondly the 'family name' or surname of several individuals in the .gno has spaces inserted which gives the report a very strange appearance.for example
You can see above that there has been an attempt to align three names in the 'Family Name / Maiden Name / Surname' field under the elements of the field's title. This is wrong. the names in its title are alternatives not column headings. That field should hold one of the three names, not all three of them. Generally women are recorded via their maiden name, but if married name(s) are required you could use Alternative Names or Second Last Name perhaps. If this data is cleaned up the appearance of the report will be improved.
Thirdly you made three attempts at generating a report. In the first it would appear that you did not follow my suggestion of leaving the Web Directory field blank resulting in the report ending up in http://familytrees.genopro.com/turnbull/turnbull instead of http://familytrees.genopro.com/turnbullIn the second attempt you somehow managed to insert 'www.' in front of 'familytrees.genopro.com' www.familytrees.genopro.com is not a vaiid URL. The third attempt generating to your local PC worked but such a report cannot be navigated successfully by many browsers unless accessed via a local web server such as IIS, mongoose or nginx.

I have exactly the same problem.Page not found or movedThe page http://familytrees.genopro.com/glindenberg@supermedia.pl/Landy you requested no longer exists because the author may have renamed or deleted his/her publication. I just updated GenoPro to the GenoPro 2016, From the list of skins I use Customized English Narrative Report. There is no English skin with a date, as your replies suggested. There are other language skins with dates but not the English one. So, what should I do to have my tree published????

The correct page is http://familytrees.genopro.com/Grzegorz/Landy/
Can you please post me a screenshot (or use Skype to share your screen) so I can see where the incorrect URL is created, and I fix it for good. Thanks.
