I am trying to access my account but I appear to have 2 separate accounts.
When I purchased Genopro the email account I had was a @utvinternet.com account but this account is no longer available to me and I contacted yourselves about this with a new @gmail.com email address but this is listed as a new account with no access to the original account.
I can't access the original family tree ( http://familytrees.genopro.com/33801/oneill/ ) to make changes/additions to it.

I have just opened the tree you mention and downloaded a copy of your family tree by using the link on the home page. This is named FamilyTree.gno but you can save it using any name you like. Any more problems just reply here

If you try to edit the file you get a message telling you what to do On the top menu click Edit and the last item on the menu is Read-Only Protect. Click here to remove the tick mark and then you can edit and save with a new name. Do you have problems publishing? The help file is fairly detailed; otherwise post queries here.

Hi Brian, I just merged your accounts, and also replace your GoldenKey with a registration key for GenoPro 2011. The script calculating the upgrade price of $15 does not recognize all GoldenKeys.
