I would love to see a one-click mechanism for displaying the marriage (and divorce, if applicable) date on the relevant family line. Ideally, it would have a separate checkbox for displaying the divorce date, because in short family lines (two or fewer children), there may not be room for multiple dates, especially in longer date formats. Having a checkbox to display the information also makes it easier to maintain, if a date needs to be corrected, because it doesn't have to be changed in more than one place.
Just a thought... anyone who likes the idea, please comment, so the developers can get an idea of the interest in this (I realize that not everybody uses the forum frequently, and many users only check in when they have a problem or an idea (I'm one of those myself, and my ideas seem to come to me in bunches rather like grapes or bananas).

Good idea. I write date and place.

Good idea. Unfortunately, there are a lot of combinations possible.
Personally, I write place and year, but only when I'm sure.
Occasionally, I use an approximate year value "~YYYY" and/or a possible place "(place)" based on the date and place where the oldest child was born.

With GenoProX, all family dates are events, from dating to engagement to marriage to divorce. I am exploring the options to make the horizontal family line an automatic 'timeline' of those events. Of course, the user (you) could customize the display to something different.

The more I hear about GenoPro X, the more I look forward to trying it out. Don't feel rushed by this or anything, though. I have a few other things on the wish list that I'd like to see in there.

Excellent, thank you! GenoPro was always on the top of genealogy programs, but the X seems to be even several levels higher. Can't wait. :-)

Excellent !
I would be able to display place and date of mariage on the family line A N D being able to print this.
Other wish is to add place of birth next to (or below) birthday and place of death next to (or below) date of death even if this creates a long 'label'.
Tks

Display marriage dates shown in the time line:: I seem to think this was possible when I fist joined in 2006! My reason to add this now is like many of us, we have marriage certificates and, in some cases maybe a Photostat of the earlier church records Mike R
