I have email twice and not reply yet ...I need a invoice for the purchase I did for our book keeper ...I used the company credit card and go no email confirming anything ? how do I get a invoice for my purchase PLEASE ??

According to our records, Chayle purchased 2 licenses of GenoPro on March 23rd, 2011 (almost 5 years ago)?  Do you want an invoice for this purchase, or you want an invoice for something else?

ON Feb 25 2016 i purchased with company credit card on user for 49.00 (63.37us funds ) for the Ooknakane Freindship Center in Penticton BC Canada ..i need a invoice for that purchase , before i paid for it i could not use the program i think it had expired ? is there a phone number i can call ?

Thank you for the clarification.  By looking up in the database, I found the purchase was made using an email @friendshipcenter.ca (which is not a valid domain) while your email address is @friendshipcentre.ca.  This is why I was unable to locate any previous transaction from your organization, because the domain names were different.

I triggered the server to re-send you an email containing your purchased registration key of GenoPro 2016 along with the details of your purchase.  You are welcome to print this email as an invoice / purchase receipt.  If you need a more formal invoice, please let us know by email.  We can make generate a PDF invoice for you and include extra information you need for your invoice, such as your business name, registration number, address, telephone.
