I have searched the forums with no result.... Did I miss it? I will try posting via Utube the wmv. file and see what the results will be. I really only want the video files to be viewed by family members not the whole world. PDF_files........ awating your reply. in advance thanking you Jackson

Unfortunately GenoPro 2016 does not handle multimedia very well. The architecture of GenoPro 2016 is 19 years old, and was designed to display pictures only. Also, the framework used to build GenoPro 2016 is not supporting other file formats, which means supporting videos and PDFs requiring importing complex libraries.
On the other hand, GenoProX (under development) is built using the Qt Framework which natively support multiple file formats. GenoProX has a full browser in it, so it will be capable to play videos.
