Dear,
I have recently upgraded to Genopro 2016 and purchased a new registration key. Installation and registration gave no problems. However, having made a change to an existing tree I cannot save. The message appears that Genopro has stopped working. I have done the following: - uninstall and reinstall Genopro 2016 - run Genopro as administrator but to no avail. Previous version of Genopro worked flawlessly on this same computer (running Windows 10, fully updated, 64 bit) Any help would be greatly appreciated. Lucille Ferdinandus

Can you please elaborate on "I cannot save?" Do you get an error message? Does GenoPro 2016 crashes? Or the Save button simply does not work?
