How do you get the camera to appear at the top of the page, so that when you click on it, it shows a picture index. I recently upgraded to Genopro 2016 and now when I generate a report I do not see the camera anymore. You can see the camera on this not updated report: http://familytrees.genopro.com/Luciano/Hamlin-French/ but not on this one: http://familytrees.genopro.com/Luciano/Hamlin/
Am I using the wrong skin? Or do I have to check something on the parameter settings?

Try setting the 'Generate Picture Gallery page in the report' option under the 'Thumbnails' tab of the Configuration Parameters Dialogue.
