Hey,
So, my computer went Boom. Big badaboom. After getting it all back together, and reinstalling stuff, (you don't realize just how many programs you use until you have to get them all again, and reinstall), GenoPro was left DOA.
Somewhere in the mix, I have misplaced my Registration Key. I'm pretty good at keeping records, but this one number seems to have gone walkabout on me. 
I've got my purchase receipt, my first 2 temp keys while I was playing with GenoPro, forum registration emails... But no Registration Key. 
And having the system send it to me has resulted in just getting an expired temp key.
"Help me GenoProSupport, you're my only hope".

Thank you very much.
But guess what?? 
It's now telling me that that key is for a NEWER version of GenoPro, and I must upgrade. Uh?? And the only upgrade that now seems available is GenoPro2016. Not that there is anything wrong with that, just hadn't planned on upgrading. And isn't there a cost to do that as well??
And, while I was waiting for a reply... A brand new, only one week old, Hard Drive bricked for no reason. 
I think I am going back to stone and a chisel. UGH!! Not as user friendly, but much more reliable.

OK. I get it now. Sorry. Very grateful. It's been a bad two weeks for me and tech. Something unexpected happens, and I just assume it's a fatal error message. Stupid computers...

And, I still think GenoPro is the BEST. GENEALOGY. SOFTWARE. EVER!!!!!
I pitch and praise it whenever genealogy comes up.
Now, you just need to get people at Ancestry.com/.ca to see the light. 
I am so glad that development has once again commenced. Thank you GenoPro team for the hard work.
