Eleonora Your details are at http://collaboration.genopro.com/Account.aspx Here you can find your registration key All old copies of GenoPro can be found at http://www.genopro.com/archives/ so you can download 2.5.4.1, which was the last build before GenoPro16 If you go to https://www.genopro.com/buy/ there is a message saying you can upgrade to GenoPro16 for $15
Hope this is what you are looking for

I saw your suggestion for someone who bought an older version for this program. I literally just bought the program 10/22/16 and installed it on my old computer. However, that computer unexpectedly died (motherboard no longer working...only a 15 month old computer). Needless to say until I buy a new one I am using my old laptop, which does the job, just slow. However, do get this program I just bought do also need to do the same thing as you shared with the other person and pay $15 for an upgrade when I have the 2016 version? I really want to avoid having to pay more money for a program I haven't had long at all, but it seems that is not possible. Therefore, any assistance would be wonderful, as I am going to have to use this program ASAP for an assignment coming due.
Thanks for your help with this!

GenoPro do not charge again for the program. As you have bought it you can re-instal it. Get the program and find your registration key by going to http://collaboration.genopro.com/Account.aspx Scroll down to Registration Key and click Manage to see your key

Hi Heather,Your purchase of GenoPro 2016 is valid forever. You may reinstall GenoPro 2016 as often as you wish, and as many computer(s) you personally use. Also, $49 will be credited towards GenoProX (when available).

It's a long time since I did this, but it worked for me.
Go to the Genopro website (http://www.genopro.com/) Find the homepage and download Genopro 2016 (Get it free) Install the program and then run it, On the top line of the toolbar, go to the "Help" then " About Genopro"; enter your registration key into the Registration Key box. This should convert the Free version (with saves limited to 25 people) to the full version.
