PLEASE HELP, I already did an entire genogram and now I can get it to print off my laptop, tried to install on desk top but seems I would have to start all over....help please... Ellen McCarty

If you have the genogram on yur laptop then presumeably you saved it either to a .gno file on your laptop or to the GenoPro server using the Online Backup feature. After you have installed GenoPro on your desktop you copy the .gno file from your laptop and open it or open the Online Backup if you have one.
