My PC died. I now have a Chromebook. It just dawned on me I will not be able to update the tree because the Chrome O.S. only works via the Web. I cannot download the GenoPro application to my Chromebook.
I do have published my tree at your site, but I cannot see a way update at that website. I cannot even go to a library and update my tree because the library will not allow me to download GenoPro. Is there something I can do?

At our library I can use GenoPro, which is on a memory stick. If it is allowed then copy the GenoPro.exe to the stick and also put the registration key into a text file, although sometimes this is not needed as the program will run without entering a key. Don't ask me how or why. Chromebook; is there a version of Wine? If so could be an answer. I believe you have to have an Intel processor for it to work

Thank you so much. I will have to see if the library's machines will accept a memory stick. That will be a lot easier than trying to find a family member willing to take on the task.

Just dawned on me. How can I get the .exe file for GenoPro to put on a memory stick? I don't have a PC.

A Chrome laptop will be running some version of Linux so you have to start there. Look at https://www.genopro.com/setup/ to see if you want to carry on. If so post again
