Ok I am enrolled as a student in a course that requires the use of this program. I received the referred ID from my instructor. I was told that the trial would last for 120 days and it did not. I now have a paper due and need to save the genogram I have constructed but I am unable to. I am not sure why this isn't working like my instructor said, but he told me to reach out to your "tech" department. I assume this is as close as we can get to the "tech" department. Please assist. Thank you.

Instead of entering the name Ron Muchnick as the referrer ID, enter the email address of Ron Muchnick and it will work.

I signed up last summer (2017) for my students to be able to get the 120 days free under my e-mail. This worked great. This year, it appears that my students can still use ths and get 120 days, but I no longer have full access to genopro. I can still see their genograms, but am concerned that things missing, like a KEY, may be due to my access versus them not putting it in there. Please advise.
